We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This will give others in need of an appointment an opportunity to attend. If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Non-attendance/Late Cancellation Policy: Appointments that are missed, forgotten, cancelled or changed within 24 hours incur a full cancellation fee.
Note: Cancellation fees are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
