Referrals
You can schedule an appointment as a private client, without a referral.
To receive a Medicare rebate, you will need to see your doctor for a referral and provide us with your GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). You may request your medical centre or practitioner fax this to us on your behalf.

Non-Attendance / Late Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This will give others in need an opportunity to attend. If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Non-Attendance/Late Cancellation Policy: Appointments that are missed, forgotten, cancelled or changed within 24 hours incur a full cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.
