Reduced Fee / Concession*:Â You may be eligible for a reduced-fee of $188.95 per session if referred by your doctor under Medicare, leaving an out-of-pocket/gap fee of $90 (current as of June 2026). For a private client the concession rate is $225 per consult.
Standard Fee (private client; no referral): $280 per consult. If referred by your doctor under Medicare, your out-of-pocket/gap fee is $181.05 for a standard consult.
Note: A standard consult (therapy session) is 50 minutes, and a short consult is 20-30 minutes. We are a private billing psychology practice and do not offer bulk billing services.
* You may be eligible for a reduced fee / concession if you are a student, pensioner, healthcare card holder, unemployed or on low income. Please ask reception. Limited spots available.Â
We accept VISA and Mastercard, BPay, bank transfer (EFT) and cash. We also accept cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Prepayment of the full fee is required for your first consultation. Subsequent fees are payable on the day of your consultation.
Medicare: If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, we will lodge this for you as a direct online claim. Rebates are typically in your bank account within 24 hours. With any issues please contact Medicare directly.
Private Health: A receipt will be provided upon payment that you can submit to your insurer.
We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This will give others in need of an appointment an opportunity to attend. If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Non-attendance/Late Cancellation Policy: Appointments that are missed, forgotten, cancelled or changed within 24 hours incur a full cancellation fee.
Note: Cancellation fees are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.Â
