What is that heavy load you carry? We all come with some baggage. As we live our lives we encounter harsh words from others, endure painful experiences, and even feel guilt for what we ourselves may have said or done. Naturally, these things will make us heavy. They are a burden to our spirit — like a mist that clouds our heart and holds it tight.

Let go of what should have been.

When we regret, we hold ourselves back from living our true potential. Regret robs us of our joy and future abundance. Let go of the past, let go of what was. In its place, accept what is and what can be.

Your Reality.

Let go of what you wish was true and accept what actually is true about your life. It’s okay if it’s not the reality you want — work on carving a new path of your choosing.

Forgive yourself & others.

Go to bed with a clean heart, by forgiving. Bitter things don’t taste good – go the sweeter way. And remember, we forgive for ourselves not others!

There will come a time when it will become necessary to let go of the heavy. For the simple reason– the bag is too heavy to carry anymore.
